Do you charge per investor or per campaign?
Pricing is based on your plan tier and usage, not per-investor or per-campaign counts. Growth and Enterprise plans are all-inclusive.
Do I need my own FINRA registration to use Crowdfund.co?
For Reg CF campaigns hosted on your own portal, yes — you or a registered intermediary must be involved. For issuers using a third-party portal, no registration is required. We can connect you with registered partners.
Can I white-label the investor experience?
Yes — on Enterprise plans, the entire investor portal, campaign pages, and emails are fully branded to your company.
What escrow providers do you work with?
